7th & 8th Graders Celebrate National Coffee Day & Coffee With a Cop Day

Our 7th and 8th graders celebrated National Coffee Day (September 29th) and Coffee With a Cop Day (October 1st) — thanks to the generosity of Rustic Brew! Students completed a “Starbooks” report and 15, that were thoughtfully filled out, received a hot drink from Rustic Brew.

To make the surprise even better, Chief Mark Morrison and Officer Michael Halsne from the Hampton Police Department and Chief Deputy Joel McWilliams with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office served as special delivery drivers!

Students enjoyed their drinks while visiting with the officers before heading back to class.

A huge thank you to Joslyn Stock and Rustic Brew for supporting our students’ love of reading and making this day extra special!

Started this year off helping our baseball program with some dugout upgrades, and now tackling some individual projects like cutting boards, and working on a project for shelter near the Dumont Bus Barn!
