HD-CAL nurses and Franklin County Public Health will be holding an Immunization Only Clinic, Wednesday, August 20th, 11am to 5 PM, at the Middle School for P3 through 12 Hampton Dumont and CAL students.
Vaccines available for insured and non insured. Please bring your student's insurance card if you have one.
HS Seniors are required to have 2 Meningitis vaccines per Iowa law.
9th grade students should have an updated dental screening form from their dentist.
Vaccine Waivers are available at any of the district buildings or may be printed.
Consent forms are also available for MS and HS students if parents are unable to attend.
If unable to attend on the 20th please make an appointment with your Medical Provider or with Franklin County Public Health. 641-456-5820.

CONSTRUCITON UPDATE: Bulldog families, the fences are down to finish the exterior portion of our project near the new gym. Please respect the cones and the construction zone for your safety, the safety of the workers, and the equipment, by not walking through or being in the construction zone, unless otherwise authorized.
