Hampton-Dumont Community School District

I hope this message finds you well as you ease into a long 4th of July weekend.

My name is Tim Felderman and I am honored to introduce myself as the new Superintendent of Hampton-Dumont Community Schools. It is with great excitement that I join the community—both professionally and personally—as my family and I settle into the area and begin this new chapter together.

I want to emphasize how important strong relationships are to the success of our students and school community. We are committed to building meaningful connections between families, staff, and students—because we know that when we work together, our children thrive. We look forward to partnering with you in a spirit of trust, respect, and shared purpose. 

As I visit schools, attend events, and listen closely to your ideas, experiences, hopes, and dreams for our district, please don’t hesitate to introduce yourself—I am genuinely excited to get to know you.

Thank you for the warm welcome so far. My family is just as excited as I am to be part of the community. We’re eager to explore, get involved, and call Hampton-Dumont home.
