Return to Learn

Dear H-D Students and Families,

The staff of Hampton-Dumont Community Schools thanks you for your patience and understanding the past several weeks as we have worked to prepare our Return to Learn plan, which was due to the Iowa Department of Education prior to July 1, 2020. The Return to Learn plan outlines how our district will continue to provide a quality learning experience for our students, while keeping the safety of both students and staff in mind.

The Return to Learn plan submitted by the Hampton-Dumont Community School District can be found by clicking on the link below. As there are many unknowns about how the public health landscape will look in the next few months, this plan may be modified and updated as we move forward.

In the event that you have questions or concerns after reading the Return to Learn plan, please contact the district office by telephone at 641-456-4300. Our goal is to keep an open line of communication between the schools, students, families, staff, and the community.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to reconnecting with students in the fall.
