Rana Janes is an outstanding first-year teacher who is already doing so many great things in her classroom. She creates a welcoming and structured environment where students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. Her planning, organization, and instruction keep students engaged and learning everyday. Rana is always working to grow, collaborating with others to improve her teaching and support her students. She truly cares about her students and it shows every day. South Side Elementary is lucky to have her.
