I am nominating Erin Miller for a staff shoutout. It has been a while since I have been in an elementary classroom. From the first moment I was impressed by Erin's enthusiasm for her class's learning. I was reminded how much elementary teachers have to plan every second to make every moment meaningful. Erin did that and more. She also obviously had routines and expectations in place that students respected and created a culture of kindness and learning. Being in Erin's class was refreshing, rejuvenating, and made me be excited to work for H-D! Way to go Erin!
