Parents of Hampton-Dumont Middle and High School students may stop in the office of their student's attendance center to pick up their student's user names and passwords. There is a user name and password for each student in the district, so if you have more than one student, you'll have a user name and password for each.

You will need to have access to the Internet in order to view your students' information. The web address is http://powerschool.hdcsd.org

Operating Systems: Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP
Internet Explorer versions: 6.0.2800.1106, 5.50.4134.0600, 6.0. I, Pre-SP1 IE 6

ISSUE: Users attempting to log into PowerSchool Admin, Teachers, or Parent intermittently receive an error message stating "Login page expired. Please re-login." This issue is being investigated by development and applies to customers using Internet Explorer on Windows machines.

This is not an issue for users on Macintosh computers using the most current versions of Internet Explorer or Windows and Macintosh users using the latest version of Netscape.

SOLUTION: Several things to try include:

Reset Cache

1. Navigate to Tools -> Internet Options -> Temporary Internet Files
2. Click Delete Cookies
3. Click Delete Files -> Check Delete All Offline Content -> OK
4. Click Settings -> Every visit to the page -> OK
