The Hampton-Dumont Middle School serves approximately 467 students fourth through eighth grades. We believe each individual student must be provided a learning environment where opportunities for success exist. This begins with quality leadership and teachers, a sound curriculum and a learning atmosphere suitable for every student. It is our goal, along with parents and community members, to ensure every student has guidance and learns discipline to create these learning situations for themselves and to create a safe, caring culture of high expectations where all reach their greatest potential. In addition to academics, we stress the importance of character development through Positive Behavior Intervention Systems (PBIS)
