Welcome to the Hampton-Dumont Community School District!!!!
If you are new to the community and would like to register your child/children, we ask that you please call or visit the building your child/children will attend to arrange a time to get the registration process started.

North Side Early Childhood Center, 114 11th Place NE, Pre-K to Kindergarten (641-456-4481)

During your initial meeting with the schools, you will given information to complete the online eRegistration process in PowerSchool (our student information system). You also be given required forms to be completed for your child/children.

Listed below are documents that each building may require you to fill out. Please note that required forms for your student will be given to you during registration. These documents open in a printable form but you are not required to print them before registration.
